My experience of the CONCRETE Academy so far has been incredibly beneficial to not only the ministry I work in, but also in my own leadership development. Being given the space to think about the challenges that can occur within ministry, both in a group and in a 1-1 setting, has freed me to explore these obstacles in a critical and creative way, whilst creating a clear timeline to see evidence of objectives being accomplished.
